This exciting project will include an impressive collection of 80 new hotels and an astounding 110 kilometers of pristine beaches.

In a tweet, Sheikh Mohammed said: “Dubai is growing and thriving. We announce today the new plan for Palm Jebel Ali. Its area is twice that of Palm Jumeirah and its beaches reach 110km.”

Sheikh Mohammed reiterated Dubai's commitment to innovation and the delivery of world-class lifestyle destinations, solidifying its reputation as the best city to live, work, and visit.

The project signifies Dubai's economic dynamism, attracting talent and investment while contributing to sustainable development and opening new growth opportunities in various sectors. Palm Jebel Ali will set a new benchmark for waterfront living, offering an array of luxury lifestyle amenities and supporting Dubai's aspiration to become a top global city for business and tourism.

With an expansive area of 13.4 square kilometers, double the size of Palm Jumeirah, Palm Jebel Ali will feature abundant green spaces and unique waterfront experiences.

Palm Jebel Ali aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan's goals, providing world-class infrastructure, increasing beach destinations, supporting sustainable development, and facilitating population expansion. The project incorporates contemporary urban planning practices, smart city technologies, and sustainability measures, positioning it as a global benchmark for waterfront living and transforming the Emirate's landscape.

Sustainability is a key aspect of Palm Jebel Ali, with plans for renewable energy resources integrated into the infrastructure design. The project aims to achieve nearly complete self-sufficiency in power generation through renewable sources, contributing to a greener and more environmentally conscious community.

Palm Jebel Ali represents the visionary spirit of Dubai, and its realization will further elevate the city's reputation as a leading global destination for both residents and visitors.
