Dubai Parks and Resorts
Get ready for unlimited fun for the whole family this October, with the grand opening of Dubai’s new mega theme park from Dubai Parks and Resorts. The park will be the largest entertainment destination in the nation; stretching over an immense 25 million square feet, there will be three theme parks and one water park, including Motiongate Dubai, Bollywood Parks Dubai, Legoland Dubai, and Legoland Water Park.
Described by Dubai Parks and Resorts as simply ‘amazing’, the park will feature over 100 rides and attractions to be experienced and enjoyed by all ages. Motiongate Dubai features roller coasters and cinematic rides inspired by some of Hollywood’s best motion pictures, whereas Bollywood Parks Dubai is the first of its kind in the world; home to 16 Bollywood inspired rides and attractions, including a theatre where guests can enjoy live performances. Then there is Legoland Dubai; two parks combined to provide endless hours of fun for families and children from 2-12.
Riverland Dubai is the entrance to this awe-inspiring attraction, where you can find a large choice of dining and shopping experiences; the Boardwalk, a 1950’s American style bustling urban street; a French village, where you can soak up some medieval architecture; the Indian Gate, where you can enjoy authentic Indian dining and retail experiences; and the Peninsula, described as the ‘heart of the Riverland’.
For those wanting to maximise their time in Dubai’s largest theme park, they can stay at Lapita Hotel, a Polynesian themed resort right in the heart of the park. There are three types of accommodation to choose from, plus a number of ways to keep the whole family entertained, including five restaurants and bars, The Lapita Retail Shop, and the OLA Spa Boutique. The Lapita Hotel is the perfect place to wind down in between the fun of the four theme parks.
